Dr. Chuck Crapo, Seafood Technology Specialist will be conducting a HACCP Workshop from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, August 6-8, 2012. HACCP is a process that has been established for seafood processing to prevent foodborne illness. This workshop helps Alaska seafood processors set up and carry out this federally mandated program.
