Venue and hotel
All meeting sessions will be held at the Hotel Captain Cook in downtown Anchorage. The Hotel Captain Cook offers pleasant accommodations with high speed complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel. Guest amenities include a café, bistro, restaurants, business center, fitness room, and swimming pool. Most guest rooms have great views of mountains or Cook Inlet.
Guest rooms at the Hotel Captain Cook are available at the special meeting rate of $99/night, single or double occupancy plus 12% tax. Rates extend three days prior to and three days after the meeting dates. To secure the rate, reserve your room online and use the group code AKSEAGRANT. To secure the lower rates, be sure to make your reservations a month ahead, by April 10.
