The Alaska Crab Enhancement and Rehabilitation Workshop will be the first to bring together a group of international scientists doing cutting-edge research on cultivation and stock enhancement of crabs and lobsters. Researchers will present their findings through presentations and discussion; and science, management, industry and community representatives will address issues of concern to all sectors of the State of Alaska. Topics may include stock enhancement, management issues, industry perspective, technical considerations, economic considerations, and community perspectives. Case studies on Chesapeake Bay blue crabs and Maine lobsters will be followed by panels and discussion with questions from the audience. The third day of the workshop will be a Kodiak ComFish Seminar with a keynote presentation, summary presentations, and a public forum.

There is no registration fee to attend this workshop, the reception on Wednesday night, or the ComFish Seminar on Thursday. We do, however, request that you pre-register via the online registration form, or print the form and fax it to us at 907-474-6285.
