Terms of Use for Alaska Sea Grant Electronic Publications

The Alaska Sea Grant College Program, a state and federal agency, chartered by an act of Congress, is referred to here as "Alaska Sea Grant."

1. Copyright. Alaska Sea Grant owns all rights in the electronic publications and the copyrights therein displayed on this website. Copyright © Alaska Sea Grant. All rights reserved.
2. PDF files: Copying and distributing. Users of this website (referred to here as "authorized users") who accept and agree to the conditions specified in these terms of use may print single copies in PDF format of the online publications solely for their personal, noncommercial use in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Substantial or systematic reproduction by authorized users is not permitted. Distributing or posting the PDF files is strictly prohibited without written permission of Alaska Sea Grant. Use of the online publications constitutes that you, the authorized user, agree with these terms.
3. Alteration and copyright notices. Authorized users may not modify, adapt, transform, translate or create any derivative work based on any materials included in the online publications, or otherwise use any such materials in a manner that would infringe the copyrights therein. 5. User warranties.
