Description

This study contributes to the knowledge of biology of the golden king crab, an important commercial species. The authors found that zoeae stages I, II, and III move toward light, and against gravity force (up). The light and gravity responses in light-adapted zoeae of golden king crab, found in this study, are similar to the responses of the related red king crab.
