Travel Assistance Information

Travel assistance funds will be available to Alaskan teams participating in NOSB. However, due to budget cuts, funding may be limited

Applications will be accepted after NOSB registration forms have been submitted. The deadline for team registration forms is January 4, 2010. To apply, use either our online form or our printable form.

When figuring the cost of the trip for a team, consider the following:

Air fare
Rental vehicles
Lodging during travel
Food during travel
Local financial contributions and fundraising

Alaska Tsunami National Ocean Sciences Bowl will provide all participants with the following lodging and food:

Thursday

Hotel room if arriving in Seward on Thursday

Friday

Breakfast if staying at hotel
Morning snack
Lunch
Dinner
Hotel room

Saturday

Breakfast at hotel
Morning snack
Lunch
Dinner
Hotel room
