This workshop will be conducted at the UAF Kodiak Seafood and Marine Science Center by Chris Sannito. The class will run from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm both days. The registration fee for this class is $200.00. Participants in the Seafood Processing Quality Control training may register for the HACCP class at a discounted price.
(HACCP Segment 2 is $50.00 and is available to those who take the online course through the National Seafood HACCP Alliance for Training and Education.
