This 5-day ammonia refrigeration training class is designed to introduce technicians to ammonia refrigeration system safety, theory, design, operation, and maintenance. The class runs from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day. The instructor is Dan Mielke, UAA.

The cost of the course will be $800 per student for tuition only. This does not include transportation, food, and lodging.

The class is designed for people entering, or interested in entering the industrial ammonia refrigeration trade. In order for students to be successful in the course, they should have a good understanding of basic refrigeration system operation, theory, components, and maintenance procedures.

Topics covered
