Dr. Chuck Crapo, Seafood Technology Specialist will be conducting a HACCP Workshop from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, October 4-5, 2012 at the Marine Advisory Program, 1007 W. 3rd Ave., Anchorage. HACCP is a process that has been established for seafood processing to prevent foodborne illness. This workshop helps Alaska seafood processors set up and carry out this federally mandated program.
