Business of Fish Course: Determining Shellfish Farming Profitability and the Production Log Book

Starting a shellfish farm or looking to fine tune your existing farm operation? The Marine Advisory Program is releasing two new tools designed to help. The Shellfish Farm Pro Forma Model helps an individual determine the profitability of a farm. The Shellfish Farm Production Log Book allows farmers to record several production functions on their farm site including inventory growth, labor productivity, and seed survival.
