Business of Fish Course: Introduction to Fishbiz course and the Basics of Financial Management

The first class describes each of the classes covered in the spring course. Descriptions include class material, focus areas, presenters and outcomes. The class will also review the first Fishbiz course, the Business of Fish, which ran Fall 2008. This review will include information on how to access older course material and view past classes. The first class will close with a refresher on financial management basics including its role in a fishing operation. This segment will highlight easy to use financial tools that improve your management abilities.
