This hands-on workshop will teach participants to safely preserve fish in pressure canning equipment. Steps will include preparing the fish, packing the jars, processing the jars, safe cooling handling, and seal inspection techniques. Fish and jars will be provided.
The workshop is free but space is limited, so registration is required. Contact Liz Brown at the Marine Advisory Program for further information.
